Aaaaaalright.... time to go over a few things about our guildchat.
Do you want to be in this guild? Do you want to hang around nice and likeable people? Do you want to receive help and advice in the future from your guildmates?
Then you better know how to be part of creating such a thing.
-When someone asks a question in guildchat -you answer it-. if you dont know, or have no clue, at least make sure that people are heard.
-When you make a joke, you better be sure its not over the edge, and if someone seems the least offended, its your job to square it up with them. We joke around and toy alot, but dont walk that fine line so closely that you tip.
Lately some of the conversations have bordered alot of various "edgy" subjects. We have just dinged 70 in terms of membership, and that should be a wakeup call for the social antennas that we gotta be considerate. Not only that, but make sure ppl are heard and noticed.
I know several people in the guild still feel they are never noticed, heard or simply left out. Yes it is everyones individual task to make their own way in the game and to contact others, but its also everyones task to make sure that their guildies are noticed to.
So basicly this goes for every guildmember and officer:
Its -your- responcibility to make sure that people are heard, respected and noticed. If you don't like this, then please leave. We have officers thats true, but we want responcible members and will happily weed out the ones that are not.
*Takes a deep breath*
There, I said it x)
